- All orders are processed within 10-12 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer free shipping based on order value, location, or courier service.

We ship via trusted delivery partners such as UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on the delivery location and urgency.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order through the courier’s website or via our Order Tracking page.

International: We offer worldwide shipping
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- VDS Jewels is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your international order.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s regulations.
- Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are beyond our control.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at vdsimpexjpr@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. A replacement or refund will be offered once the investigation is complete.
8. Delivery Delays
Please note that unexpected events such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or pandemics can cause shipping delays. We will do our best to keep you informed in such cases.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you realize an error, contact us immediately to update the address before the order is shipped.
