Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days (Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. After that, you will have an additional 7 days to prepare and dispatch the return parcel. The parcel must be dispatched within 14 days of receiving the item.) from the date of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, certificates, and any accessories that came with the product.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items: Personalized or custom-made items.

Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., item not in original condition, missing parts).
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or have any size issue.

- Exchange items will be dispatched as per our shipping policy.
Cancellations
Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. But if you have any issue or query regarding the order cancellation, Contact us or email us at vdsimpexjpr@gmail.com within 1-2 hours of order placed.
